May Open PDI Competition
On 27th May we held our third open PDI competition via Zoom and we welcomed Les Loosemore as our judge for the evening.
There were 40 entries overall, covering a range of subjects.
Scores of 17 were scored by Patrick Wallis, Nigel Stewart, Malcolm Nabarro, Chris Houldsworth, Jack Worsnop, Lester Woodward, Brian Thorley, Lois Webb and Sue Jackson. Lester Woodward scored 18 for Descending into Shadow, as did Lois Webb for Mushroom Family, Brian Thorley for On the Beach and Malcolm Nabarro for Chrysalis Daffodil. Jack Worsnop scored 19 for Angel and Sue Jackson scored 19 for Dandelion Seed Head. The winner for the evening was Tim Penhale with 20 for an excellent wildlife study called Grazing Deer.
A great bunch of entries and thank you to everyone who entered. Our thanks go to Les for judging the evening and for providing some great and constructive comments.
