April 2021 PDI Themed Competition Results
29th April saw the first of our combined theme and open PDI competitions as we make our way back to post-Covid normality. Our judge for the evening was Steve Walters and he did a great job, bringing some interesting and very constructive comments to the task.
There were 46 entries, half in theme and half in the open category. The theme for the evening was On Your Head, which brought a number of creative responses.
In the theme section, entries from Jack Worsnop and Lois Webb achieved a score of 17. Scores of 18 went to Tim Penhale for Rio, to Nigel Stewart for Head to Head and to Sue Jackson for Mortar Boards and Raindrops. Malcolm Nabarro scored 19 for On Whose Head Is It? and Mark Taylor was the winner of the Theme section with 20 for Doing the Dishes.
A great bunch of entries and thank you to everyone who entered.
