Outside Event - Plesley Pit Visit

Pit Lane, Pit Ln, Pleasley, Mansfield NG19 7PH, UK

Meeting at 6:30pm to make the most of the light.

Directions - NG19 7PH - from the large traffic island on the A617 turn for Pleasley Country park, it is signposted . Go up Pit lane, follow the road past the new houses turn right at the height barrier then drive to the pit gate. Note we can only take cash donations.

We will be visiting the Pit Museum and visitor centre where we will be shown round the winding engines and south shaft pit top. Aftwards we will be free to wander round the nature reserve in which the Museum is set.

Image submission deadline for next weeks competition

PDI's are required for all competition entries, irrespective if competition is a PDI or PRINT competition.
Please make sure that that you refer to the rules, which are situated in the members section of the club website. There are also the special competition rules, information on resizing, correct title formats, submission guidelines, together with the general competition rules.
