Final PDI outlaw of the year competition results

As we draw toward the end of another years Outlaw of the year competition in what has been most certainly a challenging and different experience due to the Covid epidemic, internal competition secretary John Young presents his report on the final PDI event and announces the winner of this section…

On Thursday 29 October we held our final round of the PDI section, and penultimate competitive round, of the Outlaw of this Year trophy.

This was held as a Zoom meeting and we were happy to host an exceptionally good judge, Les Loosemore.

Scores of 18 went to Malcolm Nabarro for Lone Church on the Marsh, Jack Worsnop for Jal Mahal and Lois Webb for Open Water Swimmer Scores of 19 went to Nigel Stewart for Tunnel Vision and Malcolm Nabarro for The Gathering. There were two 20’s awarded to Jack Worsnop for Whale and to Lester Woodward for the winning image Strike a Pose.

Jack Worsnop is now the 2020 PDI Outlaw of the Year. Congratulations to Jack and Lester for tonight’s winning images and to Jack for scooping the annual PDI trophy, also thank you to all who entered the competition. It was a great evening.
