David Cawthan Trophy results

Thursday evening saw the final Nottingham Outlaws competition of the year, the David Cawthan trophy, held at the clubroom in Carlton following the conclusion of the ‘Outlaw of the year’.

The David Cawthan trophy is an annual memorial portfolio competition that seesĀ entrant’s submit a portfolio of six images showing their work across a variety of genres of photography and is judged in two sections, PDI and print, with a winner determined for each section.

This memorial trophy is named after one of the Nottingham Outlaws PS founding members, David Cawthan, an inspirational character who was instrumental in the formation of the club and who’s ideas and work still show in the way the club is run today.

With a good showing and some excellent images in this years event, members Andy Jackson and Malcolm Nabbaro came out on top of the PDI and print section’s respectively. Well done to both. The winning images follow.
